Building Services

First established as an Electrical Department to service the requirements of Khansaheb's domestic and in-house works, this division now undertakes major contracts for Khansaheb's Construction Division as well as many outside clients.

Recent major projects managed by the division include :

Al Badia Golf Club House at Dubai Festival City, The 7-Condomonium Hillside Housing Project at Dubai Festival City, the multi story Car Parks at Mall of Emirates and the East Hotel at the Mall of Emirates.

Building Services Division is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
