Khansaheb Joinery & Interiors is a division of Khansaheb Civil Engineering L.L.C. since 1990. The joinery & Interiors Division has developed from being an in-house supplier to Khansaheb's Construction Division, to being a major interior fit out contractor in its own right: carrying out prestigious Turnkey Fitouts, Joinery and Furniture projects throughout the UAE and Middle East. We are experienced in design, manufacture and installation of various types of joinery for Offices, Schools, Restaurants, Shops, Turnkey fit-outs, Hotel and Residential Developments.
Khansaheb Joinery & Interiors is a manufacturer of 30, 60, 90 & 120 minutes fire rated door sets, both double and single, tested proven and certified to BS 476 part 22, 1987 and fully approved by the Dubai Civil Defense Authority.
The fire rated doors are certified by BM Trada under the 'Q' Mark Scheme These door sets, finished in a wide variety of colours and styles can be supplied and installed by Khansaheb craftsmen or supplied as for client installation.
With its 10,000 M2 hightech manufacturing facility and over 700 tradesmen, we work to the Clients specific requirements; obtain necessary approvals; coordinate and complete the projects efficiently within agreed time. Cost control is supported by hi-tech facilities and qualified staff.
