Construction Division

The construction Division executes major construction contracts throughout the UAE and has increased its turnover from AED 30 million in 1981 to AED 1 billion in 2006.

To compliment the Building & Civil Engineering departments the division operates a modern fleet of construction equipment including a state of the art asphalt plant and a concrete batching plant.

Khansaheb has successfully completed some of the most prestigious projects in Dubai including projects at Jumeirah Beach Resort, The Mall of the Emirates, Dubai World Trade Centre, Wafi city including the Raffles Hotel and the Bab Al Shams Desert Resort.

Khansaheb is currently engaged in a range of projects for prestigious clients including Jumeirah, Wafi City, Majid Al Futtaim, Baker Hughes, The Government of Dubai, Tatweer, Nakheel and Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The Construction Division's Quality Management System has been certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard and its safety management system to the OHSAS 18001:1999.
